Sunshine Kids Club Welcomes You!
At the Sunshine Kids Club, we believe every child is inherently whole, wise, and worthy. Our Sunday program, held at 11:00 AM every Sunday, is more than just childcare, it's a vibrant space where children aged 4–9 explore self-love, mindfulness, and creativity in a nurturing, inclusive environment. We also provide childcare for ages 2 and 3 until they are ready to join our youth lessons. Tween group (ages 10-12) meets every other Sunday (email Robyn with questions on dates) and are helpers in youth group the days tween group doesn't meet. See below for information about Teen Program ages 13-18.
Our sessions blend free play with engaging lessons designed to help children recognize their inner light. Through activities like guided visualizations, story, affirmations, art projects, and mindful movement, kids learn to connect with their inner selves and express their unique gifts.
Our curriculum is rooted in the principles of Science of Mind, focusing on empowerment, kindness, and the understanding that each child is a powerful creator of their own experience. We aim to provide a safe space where children can explore their spirituality, build confidence, and develop tools for emotional resilience.

Teen Program
Our teen program meets every Sunday at 11A during service. We welcome teens ages 13-18. Teen program places a focus on mental well-being, acknowledging the teen experience. We aim to give teens the tools they can use to help co-create a life they love. Teens have the opportunity to go to CSL summer camp and winter camp, an experience rooted in connection, self-love, and empowerment.

Each week in the teen group can look a little different. Twice a month they participate in workshops. When not doing workshops, the teens brainstorm and prep fundraising for teen camp. They also have social hang outs in various ways, like art, nature time, or just chatting. This is a place for teens to be themselves outside of the social pressures of school. From time to time, we meet with other Teen CSL communities. The teens are the ones that make this program thrive, having a group that they can grow with as life in high school shifts each year.

See our children's program newsletter for upcoming teen workshops. Below are some teen workshops we have done in the past.

Tween and Teen Workshops featuring FundaMetal Life Tools
Redondo Beach Center for Spiritual Living is thrilled to partner with Indivisible Arts in Hermosa Beach and life coach Kaitlin Henry to bring the FundaMental Life Tools for Teens & Tweens workshops to our community.
Through this collaboration, teens and tweens will explore a new approach to mindfulness using the FundaMental Life Tools, created by Rafael McMaster and Shelley Williams of Indivisible Arts. These innovative practices help youth cultivate calm confidence and balance in mind, body, and spirit.

Teen Camp
CSL Teen Camp is an unforgettable summer experience where teens from Centers for Spiritual Living across the region come together to explore spiritual principles, deepen their self-awareness, and build lasting friendships. Through workshops, music, outdoor activities, and sacred circles, campers discover their inner power and connect with a supportive, heart-centered community. It's a joyful, transformational space where teens are seen, heard, and celebrated just as they are. The 7 day summer camp takes place at Camp Cedar Ridge in Verona, Oregon. Stay tuned for Summer 2026 dates. The 3 Day Winter Camp takes place at Buckhorn Camp in Idyllwild, CA January 17-19, 2026. Please see the video below for a taste of what Teen camp has to offer. Teens who are a part of the RBCSL community have the opportunity to fundraise together to cover the costs of camp.

A Message from Children's Program Director, Robyn Willey-Pratt:

"Welcome to the Redondo Beach Center for Spiritual Living! I’m so excited to welcome your children and teens into our loving, inclusive spiritual community.
As a mother of two and a lifelong seeker on my own spiritual path, I’m deeply passionate about creating a space where young people feel safe, seen, and celebrated for exactly who they are. At the Sunshine Kids Club, we empower children to explore their inner wisdom, connect with their hearts, and discover their own unique greatness.
I’m honored to walk alongside your family on this journey and can’t wait to see the light each of your children brings to our community."
