Welcome
A Message From Our Senior Minister,
Rev. Gregory Toole
I look forward to meeting you and learning about where you are on your life's journey. When I discovered Centers for Spiritual Living nearly 30 years ago, it put me back in touch with my heart and with what I came into this life to do, be, and share. My passion is to do everything I can to help others discover their unique gifts, talents, and genius, so that each one thrives in fully being the unique expression of life that they are. I believe you are important to life. I personally invite you to come check us out and meet others who are committed to growing, learning, and making a difference.

Frequently Asked Questions About Redondo Beach CSL
1. What time is Sunday service at Redondo Beach CSL?
Our Sunday Celebration Service takes place every Sunday at 11:00 AM PST. You can join us in person at 907 Knob Hill Ave, Redondo Beach, CA 90277, or watch live online from anywhere.
2. What is Science of Mind and what does RBCSL teach?
Science of Mind (also known as New Thought) is a practical spiritual philosophy that draws from the world’s great spiritual traditions, philosophy, and modern psychology. We teach that God is an infinite, loving Presence within every individual, and that by changing our thinking and aligning with universal spiritual principles, we transform our lives.
3. Are all faiths, backgrounds, and lifestyles welcome?
Yes, absolutely. Redondo Beach Center for Spiritual Living is an inclusive, loving, and affirming community. Whether you come from a traditional religious background, consider yourself "spiritual but not religious," or are exploring spiritual growth for the first time, you are welcome exactly as you are.
4. What should I expect when visiting for the first time?
Expect a warm, welcoming environment with uplifting contemporary and traditional music, an inspiring practical message, and a friendly community. Services last about 60 to 75 minutes, and attire ranges from casual beachwear to business casual - wear whatever makes you comfortable!
5. Are there children's and youth programs on Sundays?
Yes! We offer age-appropriate youth and teen programs designed to empower young people with positive spiritual tools, mindfulness practices, and a sense of unconditional self-worth in a safe, fun environment.
6. How can I watch Sunday services online if I can't attend in person?
You can stream our Sunday services live every week at 11:00 AM PST directly on our website or through our YouTube channel. Past services and inspirational talks are also archived on our site so you can watch anytime.
7. What is Affirmative Prayer (Spiritual Mind Treatment)?
Affirmative Prayer - or Spiritual Mind Treatment - is a scientific, five-step prayer method used in Science of Mind. Instead of pleading or asking a distant deity for help, Affirmative Prayer recognizes divine wholeness, healing, and abundance as already present realities in your life.
